PJ Ryan

Doctoral student in HDFS

Penn State

My name is Patrick Ryan. I am currently a PhD candidate in the
Child Brain Development Lab at Penn State. I created this website as a way to share resources related to data management and analysis using the R language.

I learned how to use R and R studio during my graduate training. If you want to teach yourself the basics of R and R studio, a good place is start is with Hadley Wickham’s book R for Data Science. You can also check out some of the tutorials I’ve put together.

Some additional examples of how R can be used for statistical and data management purposes can be found on the Quantitative Developmental Systems Methodology Core (Quant Dev) website.
